Gene Cultures at MIT Museum
The M21D team collaborated with MIT Museum to research and co-produce the exhibition Gene Cultures, on view October 2022 - ongoing.
This inaugural exhibition at MIT opened in the new museum constructed in 2022, presenting works of design and art that respond to or utilize new tools of new biotechnologies of the last twenty years. Several new commissions accompanied existing works in a range of media, from living materials, food, video, sculpture, and dance.
